  • Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Testing:

    • Loop checks from field devices to DCS/PLC control systems.

    • Calibration of transmitters, valves, and flow meters for precision accuracy.

  • Commissioning & Startup Support:

    • Cold commissioning: Energizing panels, testing motor rotation, and checking safety interlocks.

    • Hot commissioning: Introducing process fluids, testing system stability under load, and optimizing control PID loops.

    • Performance Guarantee Testing (PGT): Validating throughput, output quality, and energy consumption against project KPIs.
